Okay there's the freak out, but he's certainly not pulling away, and while his words are emphatic there's almost a hint of humour to them - he knows he's saying stuff that Scott is already aware of, so he's almost teasing. He trusts Scott, completely, even knowing how hard it can be to deny instincts like that, he knows Scott would never do something to him that he didn't want.
He does echo Scott's laugh and lean in to kiss him, soothing away the worry and his own harsh words all in one.
"I'm not running anywhere." He confirms, firmly, and then when Scott continues he groans jokingly and buries his face in his boyfriend's shoulder.
"Oh god, we're going to be that couple. Just... keep it PG-13 at school, okay? You don't have to mark your territory, nobody else is interested and even if they were, I'm all yours, okay?" He's teasing again, but honestly as much as he'll probably be embarrassed by too much PDA, he also kind of thrills at knowing Scott wants him so much.
