Stiles frowns slightly, but he doesn't push, just lets Scott figure it out - he reaches up to rub a soothing hand on his back while he thinks about it.
"I know." He says immediately at the reassurance - partly because he does know and partly because he also would rather not think about it, not least because now he's jealous about both parties.
Then Scott finally works out what he was trying to and understanding dawns on Stiles' face.
"Oh, I get it. Human teeth good, wolf teeth bad." He says, leaning in to give Scott another kiss, like it's a reward for him working it out. Or just because he wanted to kiss him.
"Well, look, I... okay maybe we can revisit that whole no biting thing. No wolf biting, yes, but other biting... well we can discuss that." He reaches to grab Scott's hand, laces their fingers together and squeezes it reassuringly.
"We don't have to rush into anything, we probably shouldn't rush into anything, because that has never ended well for us, but if this mating thing definitely won't turn me, and definitely won't cause any of that weird werewolf baby nonsense, then I don't see why we can't do it, when we're ready."
